About the role
The AI Transformation Officer at Anscom will lead the adoption of AI, digital transformation, and business process automation across the organization. The role involves collaborating with departmental heads to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and implement AI-enabled solutions. Key responsibilities include mapping current processes, identifying automation opportunities, designing and implementing solutions, evaluating AI platforms, integrating tools with existing systems, developing SOPs, training staff, and monitoring solution performance. The position requires a background in process automation, digital transformation, or related fields, and strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in process automation, digital transformation, business analysis, AI implementation or workflow optimization.
- Practical experience using AI productivity tools and automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
- Practical understanding of generative AI, workflow automation and AI-assisted business applications.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and project coordination skills.
- Strong change-management and employee-training capabilities.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate measurable business value.
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs, integrations, scripting or low-code/no-code platforms would be advantageous.
