About the role
The Operations Specialist- High-Value Products will join LanceSoft's mobility marketplace team, working onsite at the client's location in Colombo (Uber). The role focuses on maintaining marketplace health, identifying trends, and implementing growth strategies that combine data analysis with creative marketing insights. Key responsibilities include monitoring marketplace metrics, developing growth roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions while considering local market nuances. Candidates should have a strong analytical background, experience in data-driven operations, and the ability to bridge global strategy with local execution.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Google Sheets and preferably knowledge in SQL.
- 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven operations role, preferably within a marketplace or tech-enabled environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
