Senior QA Engineer
About the role
Univiser, a SaaS-based EdTech company working with universities and colleges worldwide, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer. The role involves driving the end-to-end QA strategy to ensure high-quality, scalable releases for complex web and platform systems. Key responsibilities include owning the test architecture (with a preference for Playwright), designing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing manual test strategies, mentoring junior QA engineers, and establishing quality metrics and reporting for continuous improvement. Candidates should have a strong background in software quality assurance and test engineering, with proficiency in both automation and manual testing.
Must have
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Playwright with strong capability in both automation and manual testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control systems, API testing tools, and modern test management platforms.
