About the role
The Trainee Functional Consultant - Odoo role at SoftServe involves bridging the gap between business and technology by starting a career in ERP consulting. The position is responsible for learning Odoo modules, performing product demonstrations, assisting in requirement gathering and document management, configuring Odoo databases, supporting user training and acceptance testing, and providing first-line functional support to clients. The role is based in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka, and is a full-time, on-site, entry-level position. Nice to have
- A recent degree or diploma in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting (or partial qualification in CMA / ACCA / CA / AAT etc.) is preferred.
- Candidates with IT or Information Systems backgrounds are welcome only if they have strong accounting knowledge.
- Previous exposure/experience in working with ERP and respective business processes is highly advantageous.
