About the role
The Repair Center Technician at Aiken (PVT) LTD is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, electronic, and related products. The role ensures all repairs are completed efficiently and to required quality standards. Additional duties include testing repaired products, maintaining accurate service records, managing spare parts, and providing technical support to customers and internal teams.
Must have
- Technical knowledge in electrical/electronic equipment.
- Previous experience as a technician or in a repair center is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use basic testing and repair tools.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
