About the role
Kosmo Group, a prominent Sri Lankan agribusiness company, is hiring an Assistant Manager - IT to oversee and manage its IT infrastructure and systems. The role involves maintaining servers, networks, hardware, software, and IT security, supporting ERP implementation, and ensuring the reliability and security of IT systems. The Assistant Manager will also oversee database administration, disaster recovery, and coordinate with various departments to implement IT solutions. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in IT project management and vendor coordination.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Experience in ERP systems, networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of database management, system integration, and IT project management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem- solving skills.
