About the role
TechSoul Cloud is seeking a Business Development Executive - IT to join their team in Mirihana, Nugegoda. The role focuses on driving new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions and custom software development, identifying and connecting with key decision-makers, conducting client meetings, collaborating with engineering teams, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT/software sales or B2B corporate business development, a solid understanding of ERP systems and software development lifecycles, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Must have
- Proven experience in IT/Software Sales or B2B Corporate Business Development.
- A solid understanding of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a massive plus!) and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- A highly self-motivated, "hunter" mindset.
