Manager – IT Audit
About the role
The Manager – IT Audit will lead the IT Audit function, providing independent assurance over technology risks, cybersecurity, governance, and regulatory compliance. The role involves developing and executing IT audit strategies, overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and presenting findings to senior management. The position requires a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, at least 5 years of IT auditing experience (preferably in the financial services sector), and strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for finance companies. The company is Central Finance Company PLC.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to Licensed Finance Companies/ NBFIs.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
