Generative AI Architect - Agentic AI
About the role
This role is for a Lead GenAI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The position involves leading the architecture and design of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale telecommunications initiatives. Responsibilities include developing autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems, scalable RAG pipelines, integrating AI with enterprise and cloud systems, and mentoring engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience in IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering, with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics. The company seeks someone capable of driving AI innovation and best practices within the organization.
Must have
- 10–12 years of experience in IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, Machine Learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise AI solutions with strong data governance practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, build prototypes, and mentor engineering teams.
