Executive - IT
About the role
The Executive - IT role at Deloitte Sri Lanka involves supporting IT operations, including endpoint support, networking, asset and inventory management, and vendor coordination. The position requires strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills. Candidates must have a degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Networking, or Computer Science, and at least 2 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations. The role also mandates a CCNA certification and good knowledge of Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Cisco, and pfSense. Responsibilities include coordinating L1 Help Desk activities, supporting laptop provisioning, managing IT assets, handling L2 troubleshooting, supporting vulnerability remediation, and providing technical support for internal and external events.
Must have
- Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations.
- CCNA – Mandatory.
- Good knowledge of endpoint support, networking, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Cisco, and pfSense.
- Experience in IT asset and inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Nice to have
- ITIL and Microsoft 365 administration certifications would be an advantage.
