Senior Test Analyst
About the role
The Senior UAT Test Analyst is responsible for leading end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in an Agile environment, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are ready for release. The role involves coordinating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams, driving UAT governance, reporting, mentoring junior analysts, and fostering continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include UAT planning and coordination, test design and execution, requirements analysis, regulatory oversight, defect management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and team mentorship. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of manual software testing experience with leadership in UAT activities. Experience in regulated industries is considered advantageous.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including demonstrable leadership within UAT activities.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Insurance) is advantageous.
