About the role
The Backend Engineer Intern will join the development team to gain practical experience in backend development, focusing on technologies such as Laravel or Go Lang. The intern will work on real-world projects involving APIs, databases, and scalable applications. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend applications, integrating RESTful APIs, working with databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, debugging technical issues, writing maintainable code, using Git for version control, and assisting with testing and deployment.
Must have
- Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of PHP Laravel or Go Lang. Understanding of REST APIs and databases.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
