About the role
This position is for a Windows System Administrator / Cloud L2 Engineer based in Sri Lanka, working 100% remotely. The role involves supporting multiple international customer environments, primarily in a managed service provider (MSP) context. Key responsibilities include administration of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, virtualization platforms, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and use of MSP tools. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Windows system administration and supporting international customers, with strong English communication skills and the ability to work Australia/rotational shifts.
Must have
- 6 8+ years Windows System Administration experience
- Strong MSP / multi-customer environment experience
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Experience supporting international customers
- Comfortable working Australia/rotational shifts
