About the role
The Business Solutions Architect at IFS is responsible for supporting customer onboarding, reviewing and accepting functional and test specifications, and collaborating with project teams and customers to document and validate business processes. Candidates are expected to have expertise in areas such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance, Finance, or Mobile Work Order, and should be versatile and eager to learn other functional areas. Must have
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business Information or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in working in a business analysis related role along with thorough knowledge of working with different Business Applications. Knowledge of IFS Cloud would be a key differentiator
- Experience in a modern ticket/service desk tooling such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or a similar tool
- Experience in Asset Management or Service Management
Nice to have
- ITIL qualifications, at foundation or higher levels
- Functional knowledge in Planning and Scheduling optimization and Mobile work order will be an advantage
