Junior Executive System
About the role
The Junior Executive System role at Spectra Logistics (a subsidiary of McLarens Group) involves maintaining accurate operational data in SAP and relevant systems, verifying system transactions, preparing productivity and operational reports, assisting with inventory transactions and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and Health & Safety requirements. The position supports logistics and supply chain operations at the Spectra Logistics Park in Wattala, working closely with the Operations team and reporting discrepancies to supervisors. Candidates should have a G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification, prior experience and knowledge of SAP, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience and good working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Nice to have
- Experience in warehouse, VAS operations, inventory, or logistics will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Pannala.
