About the role
The GenAI Testing Lead is responsible for leading software quality assurance and test automation efforts, with a focus on generative AI and workflow validation. The role requires hands-on experience with automation frameworks, programming languages, API testing tools, and performance testing platforms. The candidate will also be involved in validating clinical workflows and healthcare data integrity, leveraging cloud and DevOps tools. This position is suited for professionals with significant experience in QA, automation, and healthcare domain expertise.
Must have
- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) and Test Automation.
- Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon
- Python, Pytest, Postman, REST Assured, Insomnia, WireMock
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Validation, Prompt Testing, LLM Output Evaluation, AI Workflow Testing, Synthetic Test Data Generation
- Locust, Apache JMeter, k6
- AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform
- Clinical Workflow Validation, Healthcare Claims Testing, Healthcare Document Processing Validation, Healthcare Data Quality and Integrity Testing
