About the role
This role is for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager at a leading software company located in Colombo. Candidates are expected to have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in project management software. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
