Senior Automation Developer
About the role
The Senior Automation Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps. The role involves integrating RPA and AI-driven automation based on business requirements, assessing business processes for automation opportunities, translating requirements into technical solutions, developing integrations and APIs, ensuring solution quality, managing production automation, and collaborating with business analysts. The position also requires following Git/Azure DevOps practices and delivering solution demonstrations to meet KPIs and quality standards. Must have
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in enterprise automation.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer – Mandatory
- UiPath AI Professional Certification – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of Process Excellence Methodologies.
- Experience with Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD and code management.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations and databases is an advantage.
- Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Develop and integrate RPA and AI-driven automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and reusable automation components.
- Develop integrations, APIs and supporting technical components where required.
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, documentation and development standards.
- Manage production automation, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Process Analysts from requirements gathering through UAT and go-live.
- Follow Git/Azure DevOps, version control and CI/CD practices.
- Deliver solution demonstrations and ensure projects meet agreed KPIs, timelines and quality standards.
