Junior Executive - Creative & Design
About the role
The Junior Executive - Creative & Design will join the marketing team at Innovative Health Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of the Hayleys Group, to create and manage visual content for digital and print channels. The role involves designing graphics, editing videos, developing brand visuals, supporting social media content, and collaborating with agencies and vendors. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, and strong creative and communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and video editing skills are considered an advantage.
Must have
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- A creative eye with strong attention to detail, typography and layout.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively, get feedback well and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Video creation and editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar) will be a strong advantage.
