Graphic Designers
About the role
The Graphic Designer role at North Sails Sri Lanka involves creating and modifying graphic designs based on customer and production requirements, preparing print-ready artwork, ensuring correct specifications, and coordinating with various teams. The position requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW, a certificate or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field, and 1–3 years of relevant experience. The company operates within the Biyagama Export Processing Zone and is part of North Technology Group, a leading sail manufacturer. Applicants should be able to work independently, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a factory environment.
Must have
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of colour management, print production, file formats, and print-ready artwork.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and customer specifications.
- Good attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a factory environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Experience in printing, textile, apparel, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
