Senior Manager - Information Technology
About the role
The Senior Manager – Information Technology at Printcare PLC will be responsible for developing and executing the Group’s IT strategy and technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives, driving digital transformation and technology-enabled business growth. The role includes ensuring the reliability and security of IT infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity and data protection, leading technology projects, and mentoring the IT team to foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, proven experience in IT strategy, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and network administration, as well as experience managing IT projects and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent communication skills and at least 6 years of hands-on experience in a related field are required. Printcare PLC is a leading printing and packaging company based in Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, serving clients across multiple continents and industries.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution, IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity and network administration.
- Experience in managing IT projects, system implementations, system upgrades, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent written/verbal communication.
- A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in a related field in a reputed organization.
