About the role
The Manager – Business Intelligence (FTC) at Superloop will lead the MIS Analysts team within the consumer division on a one-year fixed-term contract. The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to contact centre operations to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading the analytics team, developing databases and dashboards, analyzing data trends, evaluating automation processes, forecasting call volumes and staffing needs, and preparing presentations for management. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong analytical and leadership skills, proficiency in SQL or Python and Excel, and 7-10 years of relevant experience. Superloop is a leading Australian connectivity provider with a strong focus on infrastructure and technology.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, IT, Business Analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience in SQL or Python. Proficient in Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in handling large data sets and providing business insights.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills & fluency in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Nice to have
- MBA in a similar discipline would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with contact centre technologies and metrics would be an added advantage.
