About the role

The Manager - Technology Transformation and AI at EY Sri Lanka will drive AI-led technology transformation initiatives, combining strategy, solution design, process improvement, and delivery excellence. The role involves supporting clients in business and digital enablement through responsible use of AI, automation, analytics, and workflow orchestration. Responsibilities include working with senior stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, shaping practical roadmaps, and delivering measurable improvements in user experience, productivity, quality, and operating efficiency. Candidates will gain exposure across various sectors and work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Must have

5 to 8 years of experience in AI-led technology transformation, digital service, or AI-enabled operations improvement
Industry experience across B2B, professional services, technology, manufacturing, leisure, consumer, healthcare, Plantation, Insurance or financial services sectors
Hands-on experience with AI, automation, analytics, CRM, ERP, Core Banking/Insurance, service platforms, or digital workflow tools
Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project delivery skills
Experience in cloud-based technology e.g Azure, AWS, GCP
Experience in cost optimization including financial analysis, technology vendor management, strategic planning and process improvement
TOGAF or any EA architecture domain related certification, Scrum, ITIL certification or any technology vendor certification (Microsoft, AWS, Oracle etc)
Ability to use effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and team members
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, IT, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
