Outsourcing Manager
About the role
The Outsourcing Manager at ZTE Lanka (Pvt) Ltd will be responsible for developing and implementing the national outsourcing strategy, managing local subcontractors, and overseeing outsourcing certification, procurement, and execution in projects. The role involves organizing subcontractor performance evaluation, resource management, and coordinating with project, finance, and other business departments. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree (preferably in Telecommunication or Business Management), over 3 years of experience in outsourcing projects, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Must have
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Telecommunication, Business Management or equivalent from a recognized University.
- More than 3 years experiences in Outsourcing projects.
- Be honesty and self-discipline, has the high sense of responsibility
- Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Be familiar with the project management.
- Requires proactive interpersonal skills – Innovative and Active.
- Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery.
- Must be a self-starter & have excellent time management skills with the ability to balance priorities and work well under schedule pressures.
- Strong leadership skills.
