About the role
The Executive - Revenue Assurance & Fraud Prevention will support activities such as revenue monitoring, reconciliation, data analysis, fraud monitoring, product testing, and UAT. The role focuses on identifying revenue leakage, anomalies, and discrepancies, conducting investigations, preparing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with Business, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to strengthen controls and resolve issues. The position is with Hutch, a member of CKHH, a Fortune Global 500 conglomerate.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Data Science or a related field.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Revenue Assurance, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Billing Operations or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Willingness to support Fraud Prevention activities and ad-hoc night shifts when required.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of telecom processes, billing systems, databases and revenue streams will be an advantage.
