About the role
Anscom, an automation design studio specializing in ELV, audio/visual, security, and automation solutions, is seeking a Head of IT. The role involves leading the company's IT strategy, overseeing ERP implementation, strengthening cybersecurity and information security compliance, and ensuring technology systems support business operations. Key responsibilities include managing ERP systems, coordinating with departmental heads, establishing IT policies and security standards, overseeing IT infrastructure, and training employees on technology use. The position requires significant experience in IT leadership, ERP implementation, and cybersecurity.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation and enterprise systems management.
- Experience in cybersecurity, IT governance and information security controls.
- Strong ERP implementation and project management skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, cloud infrastructure and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making capabilities.
Nice to have
- Relevant professional certifications in IT management, cybersecurity or ERP platforms would be advantageous.
