Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
- Strong understanding of remote support and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Client (or equivalent Microsoft certification).
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience supporting multinational, multilingual, or global user environments.
- Exposure to security practices and compliance requirements within enterprise IT environments.
