Assistant Manager - IT
About the role
Kosmo Group is seeking an experienced IT professional for the role of Assistant Manager - IT. The position involves managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and IT security. Key responsibilities include supporting ERP implementation, overseeing database administration, ensuring IT system reliability and security, coordinating technology requirements with departments, managing IT vendors and projects, and developing IT policies and procedures. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, 4–5 years of relevant IT experience (preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity), and expertise in ERP systems, networking, server administration, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, database management, system integration, and IT project management. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Experience in ERP systems, networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of database management, system integration, and IT project management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
