Business Analyst
About the role
Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives. The role involves bridging the gap between business users and technical teams, analyzing business requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring successful system development, enhancement, and alignment with hospital operational needs. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, understanding business processes, analyzing user requirements, maintaining records, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation, organization, and record-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear system requirements.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in project management, project coordination, or related activities.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Previous experience in the hospital or healthcare domain.
- Experience working with software development environment.
