About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of a next-generation HR SaaS platform. The position involves developing and executing comprehensive test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing requirements and technical documents, performing various types of testing (functional, regression, UI, API, integration), and logging defects using tools like Jira and Confluence. The analyst will also contribute to automation efforts and act as a subject matter expert for QA processes within the HR SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has significant QA experience, particularly in SaaS or HR technology, and is comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments.

Must have

5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or HR technology environment.
Hands-on experience with software automation testing and frameworks.
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
Experience in Agile development environments, with knowledge of Scrum/Kanban principles.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering defect-free, high-quality software.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing tools for test case management and bug tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

Experience using Cucumber and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
Prior experience working on greenfield development projects and testing applications from the ground up.
Experience in HR software solutions, workforce management platforms, or payroll systems.
Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and SaaS testing best practices.
