IT Assistant / IT Executive
About the role
The IT Assistant / IT Executive at Trinity Steel (Pvt) Ltd will be responsible for managing and optimizing database structures, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and handling ERP-related issues. The role involves coordinating with end users, the head office team, and vendors to resolve ERP issues, updating online tickets, and conducting ERP training for end users. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, at least one year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The position requires the candidate to be located within 15 km of the Katunayake EPZ. Must have
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Minimum of 01 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Location - within 15 Km from the Katunayake EPZ.
