Intern - Smart Infrastructure Collaboration
About the role
This internship position focuses on supporting the Smart Infrastructure Collaboration team by assisting with daily operational activities, maintaining records and reports, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with internal teams. The intern will also help identify and resolve operational issues, contribute to process improvement projects, and leverage Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency. The role offers exposure to business operations, shipping, clearance, logistics management, and AI-enabled business processes, along with mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Must have
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Regular user of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, reporting, process optimization, and task automation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous learning.
