About the role
The Senior Specialist - Cyber Security role involves providing advanced technical support for Azure Security and Palo Alto Firewall solutions, troubleshooting complex security incidents, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The position requires conducting root cause analysis for escalated issues, maintaining internal knowledge bases, delivering training to team members, and resolving support tickets within SLAs. The role also emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving high customer satisfaction, and staying current with trends in cloud and network security. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and robust security operations.
Must have
- Proficient expertise in Azure Security and Palo Alto Firewall technologies.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles, architectures, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and its associated security features.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have
- Azure Security Engineer Associate Certification (preferred).
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification (preferred).
- Previous experience with large-scale cloud environments or managed security services is an advantage.
