About the role

The E-Commerce and Website Manager at Survival Services (Pvt) Ltd will be responsible for managing and growing the Shopify store, improving UI/UX, handling QA testing, managing payment gateways, apps, APIs, POS, and inventory integrations. The role also involves overseeing order processing and fulfillment, planning and running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, setting up tracking and delivering performance reports, developing the e-commerce roadmap and strategy, and guiding junior team members or freelancers. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce with hands-on Shopify or Shopify Plus, strong technical and project coordination skills, and a relevant degree or diploma. Must have

3+ years of experience in e-commerce, with hands-on Shopify or Shopify Plus.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Shopify Liquid.
Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Solid understanding of SEO, analytics and conversion optimisation.
Experience integrating POS, inventory and delivery systems.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with WooCommerce or marketplace platforms, multi-market and multi-currency stores, AI tools for commerce and SEO, or data protection compliance is an advantage.
A degree or diploma in IT, Business or a related field is an advantage.
