About the role
This role is for Graphic Designers & Video Editors at CIRP, a leading private higher education organization in Sri Lanka. The position involves creating engaging visual content for social media, ads, banners, posters, and brochures, as well as editing and assembling raw video footage into polished final pieces. Responsibilities also include formatting and resizing graphics and videos for various platforms, collaborating with marketing and content teams, designing dynamic text animations, and ensuring all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools, a solid foundation in design principles, and the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects. A strong portfolio in both graphic design and video editing/motion work is required.
Must have
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or a combined hybrid role.
- Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools like Canva.
- Solid foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and take feedback constructively.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both static graphic design and video editing/motion work.
