Junior Creative Designer — Graphics & Video
About the role
Kaizen Solutions is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join their team, focusing on graphics and video. The role involves designing professional social media creatives, advertisements, campaign visuals, branding materials, brochures, presentations, and other marketing assets. The designer will develop creative concepts, maintain visual consistency across brands, and collaborate closely with digital marketing and development teams. Responsibilities also include preparing graphics for digital platforms, adapting creatives for various formats, and assisting with video editing and short-form content as needed. Candidates should have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in design tools, and a portfolio showcasing previous work. Must have
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
- Ability to produce clean, modern and professional designs
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A portfolio demonstrating previous design work
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-moving creative environment
Nice to have
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics or short-form content using tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools
- Video editing experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
