Business Analyst
About the role
eVision Microsystems is seeking a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join their enterprise software team in Panadura, Sri Lanka. The role involves understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and transforming ideas into smart software solutions. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation (such as BRD, SRS, and user stories), as well as collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions. Candidates should have a degree in IT, Computing, Information Systems, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Must have
- A degree in IT, Computing, Information Systems or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or in a similar role)
- Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis and documentation (BRD/SRS, user stories)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
