Must have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, Management, or a related field.
- 4 - 5+ years of experience in Presales, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, Product Consulting, SaaS, HRIS, ERP, or a related field.
- Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology will be a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing pre-sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex software solutions and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mind-set and a passion for driving business outcomes
- Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements and sales activities
