Digital Content & Social Media Intern
About the role
The Digital Content & Social Media Intern will assist in managing and growing the company's website and social media platforms. Key responsibilities include researching and creating articles, posts, and discussions in both English and Sinhala, using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation, reviewing AI-generated content, designing graphics with Canva or similar tools, publishing content in WordPress, managing website comments, and scheduling social media posts. The role also involves identifying trending Sri Lankan topics and updating existing website content. No previous experience is required, and training will be provided.
Must have
- Good writing ability in both English and Sinhala.
- Ability to research topics and write clear, natural, and accurate content.
- Comfortable using social media and online research.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Interest in technology, business, careers, money, lifestyle, and Sri Lankan topics.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, or similar tools is an advantage.
