Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager at Sysco LABS will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives, overseeing the process from discovery and planning through to release, implementation, and closure. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams, managing scope, schedule, and quality, mitigating risks, and keeping stakeholders informed. The Project Manager is expected to use AI-assisted delivery tools and help teams adopt these tools to improve productivity and decision-making. The position requires strong stakeholder communication, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment. Must have
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Professional certification in Project Management or Agile methodologies. PMP or CSM is required.
- Works well with cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management.
- Applies business domain knowledge and technical understanding to assess requirements, delivery challenges and business impact.
- Identifies, assesses, tracks and mitigates project risks and issues, and escalates when needed.
- Manages multiple priorities and competing deliverables in a fast-paced technology environment without losing quality or delivery focus.
Nice to have
- PMI-ACP or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted delivery tools is an added advantage.
