Senior Lead GenAI Engineer
About the role
The Senior Lead GenAI Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities. The role involves mentoring junior AI/ML engineers, researching emerging AI technologies, ensuring model quality through testing and validation, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. Candidates should have strong expertise in Generative and Agentic AI frameworks, proficiency in Python, R, or Java, and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles is required. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have 5–8 years of AI/ML engineering experience focused on Generative AI.
Must have
- Strong expertise in Generative AI & Agentic AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms & Software Engineering principles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of AI/ML Engineering experience, with a focus on Generative AI
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML projects successfully
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of NLP and Computer Vision
- Understanding of Ethical AI & Bias Mitigation
