Senior Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Senior Implementation Consultant at OrangeHRM will be responsible for implementing SaaS HR technology solutions for clients globally. The role involves configuring time and attendance rules, implementing multi-channel clocking systems, building payroll integrations, designing workflows, testing end-to-end processes, creating attendance analytics, training client teams, and documenting processes. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with WFM/HRIS implementations, strong technical and business process mapping skills, and expertise in biometric integrations and multi-payroll systems. OrangeHRM is a global HR software provider with a large international client base.
