Gen AI Engineer
About the role
This role is for a Senior Lead Gen AI Engineer responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and solutions. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities, mentoring junior engineers, conducting research on emerging AI technologies, ensuring the quality and performance of AI models, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch. A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles is required. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative AI.
Must have
- Strong expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on generative AI.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.
