About the role
The Sunway Group of Companies is seeking candidates for IT Executive and IT Internship positions in their Negombo office. The IT Executive role requires individuals aged 25-35 with recognized higher education and strong practical knowledge in IT maintenance. Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting hardware and software, configuring emails, regular backups, maintaining printers and scanners, and installing and maintaining CCTV systems. Candidates should be able to independently manage the IT department and stay updated on technological advancements. IT Internships are open to IT professionals or graduates interested in gaining experience. The company operates in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries.
Must have
- Person in the age group of 25-35, with a suitably recognized higher education and a good practical knowledge of IT Maintenance
- He should be through to independently maintain our office IT department for the smooth and efficient function of the businesses including, Installing software, Trouble shooting of Hardware & Software, Emails configurations, Outlook, Mail Servers, Microsoft 365, etc., Regular Backing up, Maintaining Printers and Scanners, Installation of CCTV and Maintenance
- Should be thorough in above with a good practical knowledge, have suitable previous experience in similar duties and a regular updater in IT-related technological advancements
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Graphic designing, digital marketing, WEB designing, development, hosting, maintenance, server management etc would be an added advantage
