Innovoo Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join their team. The role involves coordinating daily sales activities, supporting the sales team, identifying and following up with potential clients, preparing sales documents, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Coordinator will also conduct market research, monitor sales progress, and assist in implementing sales strategies within a dynamic digital solutions company. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and client management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must have
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales, business development, or a related field.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Sales Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on leads, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, target-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage.
