Quality Assurance Engineer
About the role
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for software products through both manual and automated testing. The role involves reviewing requirements, creating and maintaining test plans and cases, designing and executing automation scripts, and performing web and API testing. The QA Engineer will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to track defects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field from a recognized university.
- 01 to 02 years of professional industry experience in a Software QA Engineer role.
- Sound knowledge of core Software QA concepts, testing methodologies, and web testing technologies.
- Adaptability to hybrid QA processes involving both manual and automated testing.
- Practical experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
- Good working knowledge of API testing with SoapUI or Postman.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
