IT Manager
About the role
The IT Manager will lead and manage IT services including email platforms, file management systems, network shares, network resources, email accounts, security, and all aspects of server software. The role involves overseeing the monitoring, implementation, and maintenance of software, hardware, and network infrastructure, as well as responding to user inquiries and requests for technical assistance. The IT Manager will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and evaluate and recommend technological solutions to improve efficiency and support business objectives. Candidates should have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in IT operations. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with good knowledge of network, systems, and security.
Must have
