Lead Java Cloud Microservices L2/L3 Specialist
About the role
The Lead Java Cloud Microservices L2/L3 Specialist is responsible for supporting core payment processing microservices operating on cloud infrastructure. The role involves diagnosing and resolving production issues across Java/Spring Boot microservices, executing complex database queries to trace transaction failures, and maintaining high-volume transactional flows. The specialist will also cross-train on eCommerce checkout and digital payment interfaces to provide secondary on-call backup. Candidates should have significant experience supporting cloud-native microservices architectures in production environments and be proficient with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes/Rancher, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Kibana/Elasticsearch logs.
