Associate Software Engineer - RPA
About the role
The Associate Software Engineer - RPA role involves developing and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow solutions based on client requirements. The position requires hands-on experience with RPA tools and workflow development, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and ensure timely project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and clients, contributing to automation projects that enhance operational efficiency. Must have
- RPA Development: 1+ year of hands-on experience including internship experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, VB Scripts Microsoft Power Automate
- Workflow Development: Experience in designing and developing workflows, with a strong preference for experience in .NET Platform (C# or VB.NET) Microsoft Power Automate
- Proficiency in Python. and Knowledge of SQL for database management and automation processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in end-to-end RPA lifecycle from process identification to deployment.
- Exposure to ERP systems and their integration with automation tools
- Experience in scripting and developing custom automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
- Keen on continuous learning and like to be a change agent
- Should possess good communication and presentation skills
