Software Marketing Manager
About the role
CIT SOLUTIONS, a Sri Lanka-based software company, is seeking a Software Sales & Marketing Manager to help expand its software solutions to businesses across the country. The role is client-facing and involves finding and contacting new businesses, visiting potential clients, understanding their needs, explaining and demonstrating software products, building relationships, and closing sales. The manager will also work with the technical team to address client requirements and is expected to work towards achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication and people skills, be confident in client meetings, and be motivated to generate sales. Basic understanding of computers and software is required, and previous sales or marketing experience is advantageous but not essential. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
Must have

- Confident when speaking and meeting clients in person
- Friendly, professional, and able to build good relationships
- Good at explaining products and ideas clearly
- Willing to search for and approach new clients
- Motivated to find new customers and generate sales
- Willing to travel for client meetings when required
- Basic understanding of computers and software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage, but not essential
